About the Role

Criteo, a leading commerce media company, is seeking a Senior IT Product Owner to join its Unified Data Platform tribe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make the company's Data as a Product (DaaP) vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap to drive business outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment and buy-in across the organization for the DaaP value proposition and its strategic importance.
  • Contribute to identifying and prioritizing the backlog of corporate data models in line with business priorities.
  • Enforce best practices around data governance and contribute to the development of the Data Governance program.
  • Develop and industrialize the DaaP Service Offer to standardize minimum services and define key success metrics.
  • Anticipate and manage dependencies with other IT Product Owners and provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful sprint completion.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of functional and technical experience around data management components (ETL, governance, quality, architecture, data modeling, etc.).
  • Standard project management skills to frame time-boxed initiatives and provide visibility on efforts, expected deliverables, and arbitration if required.
  • Agile methodology experience, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and experience working in an international environment (French knowledge a plus).
