Main Responsibilities:
- Foster and uphold a robust safety culture while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage contract nominations, oversee delivery applications, and process invoicing for WE crushing plants and third-party warehouses.
- Conduct reconciliation of deliveries and stock levels for WE crushing plants and third-party warehouses.
- Input and control costs and accruals.
- Approve and post vendor invoices.
- Respond proactively to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Handle general administrative tasks, generate reports, and monitor follow-ups.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement and Business Development initiatives.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Quality, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Analytical tools).
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
