Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Architect to join our team at TD Synnex. As a key member of our sales and pre-sales teams, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers and partners on AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their business requirements and translate them into AWS technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with our sales and pre-sales teams to drive business results, enhance win rates, and improve customer propositions.
  • Present and articulate the features and benefits of AWS technology solutions to business and technical partners, as well as C-level executives.
  • Create and deliver customized presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to partners.
  • Design, plan, and deliver AWS Services Demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AWS technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT, with a background in architecture, implementation, and delivery of large-scale hardware and software systems.
  • Thorough understanding of infrastructure (hypervisor, storage, monitoring, security, etc.) and experience with orchestration to develop cloud solutions.
  • Wide knowledge of the IT market and trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong drive to learn and pick up new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant in AWS.
  • Deep competence in all technologies typically involved in modern architecture for digital transformation and roadmap to cloud.
  • Knowledge and background in enterprise-scale infrastructure architecture, data architecture, middleware architecture, cloud architecture (IaaS & PaaS), and specific AWS services and technology.
