About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Emea Financial Planning and Analysis team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Management and contribute to the development of our financial planning and analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Emea consolidation of planning and reporting, including template and report preparation, KPI and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across the FP&A community, leveraging technologies such as Tableau, Think-cell, and Power BI.
  • Work with Senior Sales and Margin Analysts to provide suggestions on process improvement and identify common needs/reports that could be standardized and automated.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from the President, VP Finance, and Director of Finance during the closing and forecast/planning process.
  • Assist in managing Emea calendars and EHQ team agendas, including maintaining weekly team meeting minutes and providing standardized email updates.
Requirements
  • Graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Process, or similar studies.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Fluency in English (level B2 or higher).
  • Analytical and good knowledge of basic financial concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in bringing new ideas and efficiencies.
