Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior.Net Software Developer to join our self-managed delivery team. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of sophisticated software solutions that align with our technical vision and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical discussions within the team, contributing insights during user story definition, planning sessions, and stakeholder interactions.
- Design and develop complex software solutions that adhere to our technical standards and meet business requirements.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, nurturing their progress and enriching the team's overall skills.
- Drive architectural decisions, contributing to the evolution of our technology stack.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, product owners, and business analysts.
- Implement coding best practices, adhering to design patterns, SOLID principles, and security practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing software solutions for performance and reliability.
- Inspire and lead by example, fostering a security-first mindset.
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, coupled with proven leadership in guiding technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in.NET, with a strong command of C# and the latest.NET Core iterations.
- In-depth understanding of key Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Demonstrated expertise with clean coding principles and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- A self-driven, growth-oriented mindset with an innate curiosity for continuous learning.
- A collaborative team player, adept at thriving within a self-organized team structure.
