We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Functional Consultant - Client Success to join our team at o9 Solutions Inc. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain, and lead by example to drive results.
- Customer Success: Responsible for solution usability and uptime, resolving customer issues in a timely fashion, and ensuring accuracy of data loads and validating e2e workflows.
- Design and Configuration: Identify design issues in the existing setup, coordinate with other o9 consultants to solve business problems, and configure the o9 platform based on change requests/enhancements post go-live.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases, work on bugs/issues, and track progress at resolving issues using support tools.
- Training and Development: Support Super User and End User training for a global user base, and actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience with implementing planning applications is a must.
- Education: Btech/BE/MCA/Mtech.
- Languages: SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar; Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable.
- Skills: Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
- Characteristics: Strong ability to lead by example, patient listener, and ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.
