- Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Reporting and Escalation: Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Client Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Documentation: Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project documentation and handover certification.
- Reporting: Produce progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Procurement: Request and select proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in renewable energy and project management. You should have:
- Good Educational Background: A good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management, or engineering.
- Proven Experience: Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector.
- Solid Technical Background: A solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with Chinese being a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Certifications: PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
