Position Title: SAP Application Support Manager at Radisson Hotel Group

Team Objective:

  • Oversee and enhance the IT Global Service Management framework.
  • Align with the organization's strategic vision for the upcoming years.
  • Deliver agile, professional, and reliable Service Management for the organization.

Role Overview:

This position is pivotal in facilitating the operational and strategic objectives of the organization.

  • Assist in the implementation of the EMMA program.
  • Guarantee effective application operations and management services with a focus on SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition Support: Provide assistance during the EMMA program rollout, ensuring a seamless transition to ongoing services.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the provision of high-quality SAP operations and application management services in accordance with ITIL v3/4 standards.
  • Service Management: Ensure compliance with service descriptions and SLAs across hotels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Evaluate business requests and act as a point of escalation.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with partners to guarantee service delivery.
  • Innovation: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and assess products for service enhancement.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partners, leading recruitment efforts as necessary.
  • General Duties: Promote teamwork and collaboration among all parties, engaging confidently with senior leadership.

Accountabilities:

  • Support IT Service Management initiatives in alignment with the organizational strategy.
  • Enhance the IT Service Management framework.
  • Act as a representative for the IT Service Management function.
  • Oversee strategic IT Service Management projects.
  • Provide insights in translating business needs into IT solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Location: Madrid, Spain
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in SAP application support, familiarity with ITIL v3/v4, international work experience, SAP certifications, and experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% for European and international engagements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
  • Educational Background: University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. ITIL certification at Foundation level or higher is preferred.
