Job Title: SAP Application Support Manager at Radisson Hotel Group

Team Mission:

  • Oversee and enhance the IT Global Service Management operations.
  • Contribute strategically to the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Deliver agile, professional, and reliable Service Management for the organization.

Role Purpose:

This position is crucial in bolstering the operational effectiveness and strategic initiatives of the organization.

  • Facilitate the implementation of the EMMA program.
  • Guarantee professional management and operational services for SAP technologies.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Transition Support: Ensure a seamless transition for the EMMA program rollout.
  • Service Operations: Provide high-quality SAP operations and application management services compliant with ITIL standards.
  • Service Management: Ensure adherence to service descriptions and SLAs across hotels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Evaluate business requests and act as an escalation point.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Collaborate with partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess products for service enhancement.
  • Team Leadership: Build relationships with stakeholders and lead recruitment efforts as necessary.
  • General Collaboration: Promote teamwork and interaction with senior management.

Accountabilities

  • Support IT Service Management initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Enhance the IT Service Management framework.
  • Act as a representative for the IT Service Management function.
  • Govern strategic IT Service Management projects.
  • Provide insights in translating business needs into IT solutions.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Location: Madrid, Spain
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in SAP application support, ITIL experience, international exposure, SAP certifications, hospitality industry experience, and business language proficiency.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe and internationally.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
  • Educational Background: University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. ITIL certification at Foundation level or higher is preferred.
