Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in ISE EMEA, Sub-region South. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our internal and external marketing and communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans, annual budgets, and campaigns in line with Group and Business Area strategies and plans.
- Develop and implement marketing activities within the region, including digital marketing, social media, websites, and other digital platforms and channels.
- Develop and implement internal and external communication activities, including stakeholder engagement and crisis communications.
- Support the Sub-region South team and other related functions in their various marketing and communications needs.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Requirements
- Suitable B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, preferably in marketing and communications.
- Earlier work experience, minimum 3 years, in managerial positions in marketing and/or communications, preferably within companies in the industry sector.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages like Italian and French is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and communication practices and techniques.
- Proactive and focus on details.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Passion for learning: willingness to take on new challenges and share knowledge.
