About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Konecranes. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  2. Manage Digital Marketing Channels: Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
  3. Lead Communications Efforts: Develop and execute internal and external communications plans to engage stakeholders, build brand reputation, and drive business results.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing and communications initiatives.
  5. Measure and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and communications efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial role.
  3. Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies, excellent communication and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in other languages such as Italian and French a plus.
