Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Czech Speaking Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Scouting and Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent in the Czech market who are a perfect match for our clients.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidates are selected for our clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from interview to placement, exceeding client expectations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive monthly salary of 2000 euros, plus bonuses, a fully paid relocation package, including flight, transfer, and hotel (if and when you need to move), and work-from-home flexibility.
