About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Agent to join our team in France. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing sales support, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in French and offer insurance products to consumers.
  • Capture and register appliance details, and provide information on legal warranties and additional insurance options.
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices to improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of phone sales experience.
  • Strong commercial profile, knowledge of sales techniques, and ability to adapt to changes in products.
  • PC literate with ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
