Currently, we are a pioneering Content Service Provider, empowering full-service, low-cost, and regional airlines globally to leverage the latest content strategies. Our offerings engage millions of travelers across numerous destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America.
The Role
We are seeking a Content Assistant intern to enhance our efforts in delivering superior content selections for a diverse range of airlines.
Within the content division, you will assist with daily operations to guarantee that all audiovisual materials are prepared promptly for our airline partners. This position features a strong administrative focus while also allowing for creativity in exploring new avenues to enrich our current offerings.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting in the management of in-flight entertainment content for various domestic and international clients.
- Supporting commercial interactions with content suppliers and preparing Purchase Orders.
- Conducting research and benchmarking for new content and providers.
- Monitoring content delivery (films, series, Key Arts, etc.) to ensure timely receipt of all necessary materials from suppliers.
- Updating both local and international catalogues.
- Keeping track of contract expiration dates.
- Completing content Excel sheets and uploading them to online presentation platforms for clients.
- Proposing new content trends to our clients in collaboration with the Content Acquisition Director.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Education in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- General knowledge of the film and audiovisual industry.
- Experience in managing cultural projects is advantageous.
