Job Title: Multinational Insurance Support Technician

Are you looking for a challenging role in the insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Multinational Insurance Support Technician to join our team at Chubb.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage a portfolio of multinational programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing instructions to the network, engaging with producing brokers, and maintaining programs. Additionally, they will respond to queries from brokers/network partners and other Chubb offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage allocated portfolio of multinational programs, including instructions to the network and engagement with producing brokers.
  • Respond to queries from brokers/network partners and other Chubb offices.
  • Support other Chubb offices in managing complex programs handled by the country, including program maintenance, reinsurance and premium booking instructions, and captive premium tracking.
  • Handle booking queries alongside Finance teams.
  • Communicate and build relationships with Underwriters, overseas offices, and other Chubb staff.
  • Manage workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Work within the framework of Chubb ethical and compliance standards.
  • Ensure multinational workbooks are prepared, maintained, and completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards.
Requirements:
  • Native or bilingual level in Swedish or Danish.
  • Professional language skills in English.
  • Insurance background is preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
  • Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
