Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multinational Insurance Support Technician to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our Global Services Department, you will play a critical role in managing allocated portfolios of multinational programs, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage allocated portfolios of multinational programs, including instructions to the network, engagement with producing brokers, and program maintenance.
  • Respond to queries from brokers/network partners and other Chubb offices, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Support other Chubb offices in managing complex programs handled by the country, including program maintenance, reinsurance, and premium booking instructions.
  • Handle booking queries alongside Finance teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Native or bilingual level in Swedish or Danish.
  • Professional language skills in English.
  • Insurance background preferred.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to deliver and improve quality.
  • Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.
