Job Summary

Tesla is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our Energy and Charging Field Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our Renewable Energy Storage products and Superchargers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site, to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for contractors and provide feedback to engineering teams on recurring issues.
  • Prepare, organize, and plan your own technical activities to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Requirements

  • Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field, with a strong background in electricity and power.
  • Knowledge of Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, with High Voltage experience a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility towards traveling and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English.
  • EU passport or work permit required for this position.
