Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flair Bartender to join our team at Highgate Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests while showcasing your flair and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel's mixing and presentation standards, ensuring that every drink is crafted with precision and care.
  • Manage the Bar Area: Set up the bar according to hotel standards, ensuring that the area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Familiarize yourself with all fire exit locations and fire extinguisher locations, and know how to operate them in case of an emergency.
  • Respond to Guest Needs: Respond promptly and professionally to guest problems, complaints, and accidents, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Certification in Mixology: Possess a certification in mixology, demonstrating your expertise in the art of crafting cocktails.
  • Experience in the Industry: Have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a related field.
