Highgate, a leading hospitality management company, seeks a skilled Flair Bartender to entertain and serve guests at our upscale establishments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences while showcasing your expertise in mixology and showmanship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards, ensuring efficient service and prompt delivery of beverages.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, adhering to the hotel's mixing and presentation standards.
• Interact effectively with guests, managers, and fellow employees, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Break down the bar after functions, storing liquor, supplies, and equipment according to hotel standards.
• Follow all state liquor laws and hotel policies, ensuring a safe and responsible service environment.
• Be familiar with hotel services and facilities, as well as fire exit locations and fire extinguisher locations.
• Ensure the bar and service areas are kept clean and tidy during service, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certification in Mixology
• 3 years of experience in a related field
