Highgate, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company, seeks a skilled Flair Bartender to join its team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while showcasing your expertise in mixology and showmanship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and efficiently serve guests with all beverage requirements.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel's mixing and presentation standards, showcasing your creativity and flair.
• Break down the bar after functions, storing liquor, supplies, and equipment according to hotel standards.
• Follow all state liquor laws and hotel policies, ensuring a safe and responsible service environment.
• Be familiar with hotel services and facilities, and respond to guests' problems, complaints, and accidents in a professional manner.
• Ensure the bar and service areas are kept clean and tidy during service, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certification in Mixology
• 3 years of experience in a related field
