About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Vehicle Hire Fraud Team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing high-value vehicle hire claims, conducting fraud investigations, and working closely with clients and agencies to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value vehicle hire claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Conduct thorough fraud investigations, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Collaborate with clients and agencies to gather information and evidence
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve successful outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a related role, with a strong background in litigation and fraud investigation
  • Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
