Business Development Representative - Polish Language

Teleperformance, a leading global provider of customer experience solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Poland. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Polish market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Native-level proficiency in Polish and fluency in English
  • Proven sales experience and track record of success in a business development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
