About the Role:

Randstad Es is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in the industrial composite materials sector. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing capital projects from scoping to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage capital projects, including scoping, estimating, and executing projects of varying complexities.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and lead multi-functional project teams.
  • Provide cost and schedule control, identify required resources, and coordinate between all affected parties.
  • Work with site personnel to execute projects efficiently and effectively with minimal impact to existing operations.
  • Coordinate with local technical and operational teams to ensure key project and site objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, communicate project status with senior employees and project stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals or RFQs for the purposes of scoping or estimating capital investments.
  • Manage the procurement process for capital expenditure projects, including interface and negotiations with suppliers of equipment and services.
  • Develop technical specifications, ensuring that equipment conforms to local specifications and availability.
  • Prepare and maintain Engineering drawings, including Engineering and Process Flow Diagrams, Assembly Drawings, and Detailed Design Drawings.
  • Design and/or troubleshoot systems related to instruments, controls, mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer.
  • Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
  • Provide oversight for commissioning and startup of new or modified equipment.
  • Ensure safe working practices are carried out to comply with site standards on health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure maximum possible duplication of the best-chosen process technology at all impacted sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • High domain knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
