Marketing Brand Manager for SWEA Region

Main Responsibilities:

As a key member of the marketing communication team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and communication activities in Spain and Portugal, while providing effective leadership and maintaining cohesion on content and brand identity.

Key Tasks:
  • Team coordination: Supervise day-to-day activities, define objectives, and ensure team cohesion.
  • Coordination of local events: Plan, organise, and manage events, ensuring they are aligned with our brand strategy and meet our marketing communication objectives.
  • Brand management: Develop and maintain our company's brand identity in Spain and Portugal, France, and South Africa.
  • Marketing campaigns: Develop effective marketing strategies, using appropriate communication channels to reach our target audience.
  • Support for the SWEA Marketing Manager: Act as a link for the SWEA Marketing Manager, working closely to implement marketing strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Sales support: Provide essential support to the sales team in Spain and Portugal, gathering their marketing needs and helping to align marketing activities with the sales department.
Qualifications:

Significant professional experience in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in brand management. Experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards the achievement of objectives.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and to communicate with different departments in a clear and concise manner.

Fluent native Spanish and English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an additional asset.
