About the Role

Air Products is seeking a highly skilled Grant Management and Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our funding function, you will play a key role in ensuring the organization's compliance with European and national funding laws, legislation, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal processes, risk management systems, and reporting tools to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
  • Manage all administrative and filing processes, ensuring timely submission of reports to European Commission, Member States, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to funding bodies, monitoring project cycles throughout their lifespan.
  • Act as a liaison between project areas, including Financial, Technical, Legal, Marketing, and Communication.
  • Provide expert advice on funding management, EU and national grants, and tax incentives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in funding management, EU and national grants, and tax incentives.
  • Thorough understanding of the European, national, and regional funding landscape.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to articulate technical, financial, and strategic areas.
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, including R&D, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, Sales, and Marketing.
