Job Title: EOC Operator

Vertiv is seeking a skilled EOC Operator to join our team. As a key member of our remote service team, you will be responsible for monitoring customer devices, dispatching customer engineers, and providing support for DC, thermal, AC, monitoring, and communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer devices in Hosting (CSP, VCI, Environet Connect, CBM)
  • Dispatch customer engineers to sites when required
  • Produce visibility reports of customer devices
  • Provide support for DC, thermal, AC, monitoring, and communications
  • Attend customer service calls through Genesys Cloud
Qualifications:
  • Experience in DC, AC, or thermal
  • FP in electrical or communications or university degree
  • Fluent English level
Physical and Environmental Demands:
  • Working on shifts, including national holidays
  • Weekends on call
  • Afternoon and night shifts in remote
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel required - approximately 5%
