EOC Operator

As a key component of our market offering, Management Systems is a critical part of our portfolio, encompassing on-premises and cloud monitoring solutions, on-premises hardware for data collection, and remote services.

• Monitor customer devices in Hosting (CSP, VCI, Environet Connect, CBM) to ensure optimal system performance.
• Dispatch customer engineers to sites as needed to resolve technical issues and provide on-site support.
• Produce detailed visibility reports of customer devices to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert support for data center, thermal, AC, monitoring, and communications systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Attend customer service calls through Genesys Cloud to provide timely and effective support.

• Experience in data center, AC, or thermal systems.
• FP in electrical or communications or university degree.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

• Working on shifts, including national holidays, to ensure 24/7 support.
• Weekends on call to provide timely support during peak periods.
• Afternoon and night shifts in remote locations to accommodate global customer needs.

• Travel required – approximately 5% of the time to support customer sites and attend training sessions.
