To facilitate this vision, we are excited to announce the opening for the position of Enterprise Architect at Cementos Molins. The selected candidate will be instrumental in defining our technological framework.

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing the overarching Enterprise Architecture Models, Representations, Initiatives, Capabilities, and Standard Components utilized by the organization to conduct all business and technology-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architectural Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Blueprint Design and Implementation: Design and supervise the execution of a scalable and efficient EA blueprint that addresses current and future business requirements, utilizing technology solutions that promote business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. Develop a transition roadmap from the existing to the future landscape and participate in technology selection planning and implementation oversight.
  • Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions while identifying opportunities to enhance the technology landscape.
  • Standardization: Establish and uphold EA standards, principles, and guidelines, ensuring project alignment to maintain consistency and coherence across the IT landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven record of successful project implementations, and a minimum of 10 years in IT and technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the capability to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Proficiency in architectural modeling.
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures, enterprise-level applications, and integration technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive expertise in leading solutions such as SAP S/4 full suite, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, with the ability to assess industry-specific solutions and a deep understanding of architectural principles.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities to mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at addressing complex issues and evaluating technical requirements to provide effective solutions.
  • Competencies: A responsible, proactive, and dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving market conditions and technological advancements to maintain an innovative digital strategy.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
