As we embark on a journey of technological transformation, we are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in defining and refining our technological framework.

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing the overarching Enterprise Architecture Models, Representations, Initiatives, Capabilities, and Standard Components utilized by the organization to facilitate all business and technology-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business goals. Blueprint Design and Implementation: Design and supervise the deployment of a scalable and efficient enterprise architecture blueprint that addresses current and future business requirements, utilizing technology solutions that promote business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. Develop a transition roadmap from the existing to the future landscape and participate in technology selection planning and implementation oversight. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions while identifying opportunities to enhance the technology landscape. Standardization: Establish and uphold enterprise architecture standards, principles, and guidelines, ensuring project alignment to maintain consistency and coherence across the IT landscape.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in enterprise architecture with a proven history of successful project implementations, alongside at least 10 years in IT and technology roles. Strong understanding of business processes: Ability to align technology solutions with business strategies. Proficiency in architectural modeling: Demonstrated expertise in architectural frameworks. Project management skills: Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives effectively. Experience with cloud-based architectures: Familiarity with enterprise-level applications and integration technologies. Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of leading solutions such as SAP S/4 full suite, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce, with the ability to assess industry-specific solutions grounded in architectural principles. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities to mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at addressing complex issues and evaluating technical requirements to provide effective solutions. Competencies: A responsible, proactive, and dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving market conditions and technological advancements. Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
