About the Role

Temporary Opportunity in Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and storage of raw materials and production materials in accordance with quality standards.
  • Ensure the correct ordering and cleaning of cabinets and refrigerators for the storage of reagents, standards, raw materials, and production materials.
  • Support the Head of Quality Control in the execution of various activities, including the preparation of standards and reagents, micro-biological monitoring of pharmaceutical facilities, and management of counter-samples and dispatch of samples to external companies for quality control.
  • Under the coordination of the Quality Control Response, perform necessary activities for the correct execution of laboratory quality control activities.
  • Assist in the management of radioactivity measuring instruments, including environmental monitoring probes, pollutants, Geyger-Muller meters, active and passive dosimeters, and decontamination tanks.
  • Execute quality controls for various radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Manage analytical techniques, including HPLC, gas chromatography, TLC, pH meter, activity meter, and method of detection of endotoxins.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards for quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Collaborate in the implementation and revalidation of quality control processes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong affinity with and awareness of quality issues.
  • Open and clear collaboration and communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and understand the sense of urgency around given tasks.
  • Fluent Spanish, with medium-good knowledge of English preferred.
  • Radiation safety education.
