This is a maternity leave replacement position, and we offer a temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the receipt of raw materials and production material;
- Ensure correct order and cleaning of cabinets and refrigerators for storage of reagents, standards, raw materials and production material;
- Support the head of Quality Control in the execution of various activities under the responsibility of the Department of Quality Control (preparation of standards and reagents, micro-biological monitoring of pharmaceutical facilities, management of Counter-sample and dispatch of samples to external companies for complementary quality control controls, periodic qualification and calibration of analytical instrumentation;
- Under the coordination of the response QC, perform the necessary activities for the correct execution of the various activities of the laboratory of Quality Control;
- Assist people in charge of radioprotection in management of radioactivity measuring instruments (environmental monitoring probes, pollutants, Geyger-Muller meters, active and passive dosimeters) and in the handling of decontamination tanks.
- Execute the quality controls of the different radiopharmaceuticals;
- Manage analytical techniques such as: HPLC, gas chromatography, TLC, ph-meter, activity meter, method of detection of endotoxins, etc;
- Comply with the correct manufacturing standards applied to the quality control of Radiopharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate in the implementation and revalidation of quality control processes.
- Bachelor Degree;
- Strong affinity with and awareness of quality issues;
- Open and clear collaboration and communication to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly;
- Capability to work under pressure and understanding of sense of urgency around given tasks;
- Fluent Spanish, medium-good knowledge of English is preferred;
- Radiation safety education.
