About the Role

This is a maternity leave replacement position, and we offer a temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the receipt of raw materials and production material;
  2. Ensure correct order and cleaning of cabinets and refrigerators for storage of reagents, standards, raw materials and production material;
  3. Support the head of Quality Control in the execution of various activities under the responsibility of the Department of Quality Control (preparation of standards and reagents, micro-biological monitoring of pharmaceutical facilities, management of Counter-sample and dispatch of samples to external companies for complementary quality control controls, periodic qualification and calibration of analytical instrumentation;
  4. Under the coordination of the response QC, perform the necessary activities for the correct execution of the various activities of the laboratory of Quality Control;
  5. Assist people in charge of radioprotection in management of radioactivity measuring instruments (environmental monitoring probes, pollutants, Geyger-Muller meters, active and passive dosimeters) and in the handling of decontamination tanks.
  6. Execute the quality controls of the different radiopharmaceuticals;
  7. Manage analytical techniques such as: HPLC, gas chromatography, TLC, ph-meter, activity meter, method of detection of endotoxins, etc;
  8. Comply with the correct manufacturing standards applied to the quality control of Radiopharmaceuticals.
  9. Collaborate in the implementation and revalidation of quality control processes.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree;
  2. Strong affinity with and awareness of quality issues;
  3. Open and clear collaboration and communication to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly;
  4. Capability to work under pressure and understanding of sense of urgency around given tasks;
  5. Fluent Spanish, medium-good knowledge of English is preferred;
Desirable Requirements:
  1. Radiation safety education.
