About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audio Programmer to join our team at Stemeseder. As a key member of our audio department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing audio features and tools for our proprietary game development engine, Glacier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement audio features and tools for Glacier, our bespoke game engine.
  • Work closely with sound designers to create a top-notch audio experience.
  • Maintain, optimize, and improve existing audio systems.
  • Collaborate with the CoreEngine team and sound design team to define the roadmap for cutting-edge AAA audio.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience programming as a C++ programmer, preferably on 3D audio.
  • Experience with Wwise, FMod, or other audio middleware.
  • Experience writing runtime and memory-efficient code, debugging, and maintaining complex software systems.
  • Familiarity or understanding of game engines, gameplay programming concepts, audio, and audio content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
