About the Role

As a Consultant in our Patient Centered Solutions team, you will play a key role in leading the industry in the science of measuring the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate strategic insights and recommendations to clients, and manage the operational aspects of project management in the field of patient-centered solutions.
  • Partner with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysis.
  • Create reports and presentations, and facilitate workshops to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Engage in business development and support proposal development to secure new projects and clients.
  • Lead special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
