About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate strategic insights and recommendations to clients, and manage the operational aspects of project management in patient-centred solutions.
  • Act as the day-to-day project manager for clients and junior team members, developing broad scientific skills and consulting skills to generate hypotheses, conduct research, and deliver findings in strategically relevant ways to meet client needs.
  • Partner with Scientific Leads to develop study material and conduct patient-centered research, including literature reviews, interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, and quantitative or qualitative analysis.
  • Create reports and presentations, and facilitate workshops, participating in business development and supporting proposal development.
  • Engage in the development of intellectual property for use on future consulting engagements, and lead special initiatives such as knowledge management and process improvement.
Requirements
  • An advanced academic science degree in public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology, health economics, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least 1 of the above fields, including project management, COA/PRO, patient preference, and/or real-world evidence methods.
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting, facilitating meetings and workshops, and report writing.
  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in multi-disciplinary and international teams.
