Job Title: Control Systems Supplier Development Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time, on-site

Job Summary: As a Supplier Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development of a control stick supplier during the prototype phase through to serial launch. Your role will focus on ensuring that the supplier meets all required deliverables and adheres to the DO-178C standard for software systems validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage supplier performance for control stick development.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Verify compliance with DO-178C standards for software systems validation.
  • Review and validate mechanical components (metal and plastic) and software for functionality and conformity.
  • Facilitate communication between the supplier and the final customer to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English or German is preferred.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace development processes, qualifications, and RD standards.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with DO-178C standards is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in software systems, product and process machining, plastic injection molding, and assembly.
  • Key Competencies: Strong understanding of aerospace project development. Ability to manage and drive supplier performance. Proficiency in both technical and communication skills.
