Role Overview: As an infrastructure systems specialist, you will be responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance, delivering L2 technical support, overseeing the lifecycle of infrastructure, ensuring security, and collaborating on the rollout of new projects and services for a major player in the insurance industry.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization as an infrastructure systems specialist.
  • Proficient in administering and maintaining Active Directory.
  • Skilled in managing group policies, PowerShell scripting, security groups, permissions, and file servers/DFS.
  • Experience with service management (DNS, DHCP, etc.), RDP, Failover clusters, NLB, IIS, WSUS, and Antivirus solutions.
  • Expertise in managing Windows Server operating systems on VMware ESXi.
  • Knowledgeable in implementing CIS hardening for Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, Windows 10, browsers, etc.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable, Qualys, etc.).
  • Understanding of monitoring tools (Nagios).
  • Proficient in English.
