Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Team and Operations Team to gather project requirements, track, manage, and implement projects in an effective manner, to the required specification and within budget. The Project Manager will utilize formal project management methodologies as per the IME standards and project matrix.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop business cases and proposals for new projects.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Present proposals to customers and ensure that the contract is profitable.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including documentation and communication with the project team.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Valued Skills and Experience

  • Graduate calibre
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a complex, multi-project environment
  • Experience of working within different levels of an organization, from operative to senior executive
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent project management skills, including Microsoft Project
