About the Role

Civil Project Engineer for national and international heavy lifting projects. As a key member of the Mammoet Spain team, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee critical planning, communications, decisions, management, and actions connected to the project.
  • Responsible for all activities related to the contract, risk management, project preparation, project execution, and project control.
  • Manage project teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level or above in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role in Civil engineering.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prepared to work away from home on a project basis.
