We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team at Tenneco. As an EHS Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on EHS matters across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement EHS Strategies
Develop and implement effective EHS strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Manage EHS Performance MetricsManage and track EHS performance metrics, including injury and illness rates, environmental metrics, and risk assessments.
Lead EHS Teams and CommitteesLead and facilitate EHS teams and committees to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results across the organization.
Collaborate with StakeholdersCollaborate with site leadership, facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective EHS operational controls are in place.
Develop and Deliver Training ProgramsDevelop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, or a related field.
Experience5+ years of experience in EHS program management, with a focus on health and safety program management and employee training in an industrial environment.
SkillsStrong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage varied interests and potential conflicts.
LanguageFluent English language skills.
