Dynatrace software GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our Enterprise Application Management team within our Business Systems department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that operates with a customer-centric mindset, providing exceptional support to our enterprise applications, including Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, NetSuite, and Zendesk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team that operates with a customer service mindset, focusing on delivering exceptional support to our enterprise applications.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor a team of Production Support analysts, including performance management, goal setting, and career development.
  • Process Development: Define and enable Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management processes with an ITIL mindset, ensuring seamless support for our enterprise applications.
  • Service Level Management: Establish, monitor, and report on the team's SLA/SLO, ensuring that customer issues are resolved within defined service level agreements.
  • Automation and Innovation: Bring an automation-first mindset to solving business problems, ensuring that our enterprise applications are supported with efficient and effective processes.
  • Capacity Management: Build capacity management to support the demand on the team, ensuring that our enterprise applications are supported with adequate resources.
  • Ticket Management: Monitor and measure ticket volumes, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Release and Environment Management: Define standards of practice for Release and Environment management, ensuring that our enterprise applications are supported with robust and reliable processes.
