**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Autel Europe team, the Electric Vehicle Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining regional sales channels in Europe. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-mobility industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand Autel Europe's presence in the European market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, regional managers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate marketing plans and sales promotion activities.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to the team lead to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3-5 years of sales-related experience in the charging pile industry with a proven track record in distribution management and business development.
  • Strong connections with stakeholders in the e-mobility industry, including utilities, OEMs, fleet operators, property management, global retail chains, and retailers of charging infrastructure.
  • Technical education background and in-depth knowledge of charger products are advantageous.
  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing; bilingual/trilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong abilities in market planning, consumer insights, and business presentation.
  • Extroverted, energetic, driven, result-oriented, resilient, down-to-earth, and dedicated with good cultural adaptability.
