We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Consultant to play a central role in implementing and optimizing our Non-Conformance Management (NCM) process and applications for our users. As a key member of our global agile product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our solution offering.
Responsibilities:
- Understand user requirements and translate them into IT requirements
- Provide comprehensive training and support change management within the organization
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, and data scientists to improve our solution offering
- Help our Operational Divisions achieve better customer service and quality and comply with regulatory and legal requirements using our SAP, Reporting, and Mobile applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the chemical industry and understanding of quality management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to drive change and entrepreneurial spirit
- Hands-on mentality and focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual team
