Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Representative to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for navigating complex renewal processes, improving subscription and cloud renewals, and building strong relationships with our largest customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Renewal Process Management: Oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment.
  2. Customer Interaction: Document all customer interactions and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Forecasting: Submit weekly forecasts to leadership to ensure accurate sales projections.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish relationships with IT, procurement, and end-users through regular outbound calls to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategy and drive business growth.
  6. Adaptability: Adapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions to meet their needs.
  7. Insight Sharing: Contribute insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk's Named Account Executives.
  8. Complex Idea Promotion: Understand complex ideas to promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of the consumption model.
  9. Relationship Enhancement: Foster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English at a native level (any other European languages are welcome).
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  4. Industry Experience: Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, and Customer Success.

Travel Requirements: Estimated travel for this position is up to 10%.
