About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Named Accounts Sales Representative to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for navigating complex sales situations, improving subscription and cloud renewals within our largest customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment
  • Document all customer interactions and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner
  • Submit weekly forecasts to leadership and establish relationships with IT, procurement, and end-users through regular outbound calls
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategy and adapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions
  • Contribute insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk's Named Account Executives
  • Foster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role
  • Fluency in Italian (professional native level) and English
  • Experience with Italian Public accounts would be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, and Customer Success
