In the role of Quality Assurance Program Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for quality-related matters with clients and regulatory bodies. Your key responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and execution of their specifications, focusing on safety and dependability, throughout the organization’s operational framework, which includes development, delivery, support, and procurement.
Your oversight will encompass all pertinent activities throughout the product lifecycle, from engineering through to operations. This includes thorough definition, planning, and execution from the initial proposal to the product's end-of-life, including any in-service phases.
Your position will require you to utilize established business management methodologies to provide quality solutions to clients and regulatory authorities efficiently and economically.
To accomplish this, you will collect, analyze, and interpret relevant product and/or in-service performance metrics using various analytical tools and techniques to proactively identify and rectify any discrepancies. You will draw upon lessons learned and conduct root cause analyses to effectively address quality challenges.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing preventive strategies in response to changes such as product updates or alterations in manufacturing processes.
Monitoring and assessing the quality execution of project processes will be integral to your responsibilities.
Moreover, you will actively participate in the application of Program Excellence methodologies and other pertinent procedures, ensuring that timely corrective actions are taken when discrepancies arise.
In instances of deviations, you will be pivotal in managing non-conformances and waivers, analyzing discrepancies, overseeing corrective and preventive measures, and supporting the enhancement of quality standards.
Verification of compliance with customer specifications will also be a fundamental aspect of your role.
You will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing the product assurance strategy throughout the duration of the program/project.
Implementing internal phase review processes, consolidating technical risk registers, and monitoring risk mitigation strategies will also be part of your duties.
Your responsibilities will extend to validating product compliance with contractual obligations and legal standards, as well as overseeing conformity status and attestations.
You will coordinate the resolution of customer quality concerns and provide insights to prevent future issues.
Subject to authorization, you will facilitate the organization’s certifications and interactions with external quality entities such as ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, among others.

- Comprehensive Product/Service Conformity and Attestation
- APQP Key Business Deliverables including Quality Plan Timing (when owner)

- Manage non-conformity at the program level
