As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing revenues, regulatory and contractual issues for a portfolio of assets in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of ~2 direct reports based in our Madrid office.
* Oversee the monthly revenue accruals process and investigate discrepancies.
* Maintain solar plant compliance with contractual requirements, including drafting and issuing formal notices/communications.
* Support the management and resolution of complex contractual disputes.
* Manage project company contract renewals and tendering.
* Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare project revenue budgets and forecasts.
* Ensure budget follow-up and management, validating costs and revenues with the company's finance team.
* Manage insurance renewals and claims.
* Manage property agreements and relationships with landowners.
* Support Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) compliance and delivery.
* Support the company's in-house 'onboarding' process for new sites, focusing on contract management and internal collaboration.
* Update and develop the company's Asset Management Platform (AMP) software as required.
* Support annual Asset Operating Plans with relevant contract management information and reviews.
* Report to the client and internally as required.
* Participate in ad hoc commercial projects.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
* Strong knowledge of PPA and revenue management within renewables.
