Integration Consulting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Consulting Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers with complex integration cases and providing billable consultancy services to improve business performance.
Main Responsibilities- Support sales organization in complex integration matters, performing demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions.
- Provide consulting services to customers for integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy.
- Offer functional support and problem resolution within integration projects, coaching Integration Consulting Specialists as needed.
- Establish and manage integration schedules, providing formal status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to Management.
- Ensure product adoption by customers, providing assistance on daily activities, identifying and prioritizing critical issues, and presenting complex analysis results in client meetings.
In this role, you may also take on a service designer role, contributing to the creation of User Stories, reviewing product specifications, and building, storing, and tracking Services Documentation.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a university degree (4-5 years) or equivalent qualification, with functional and technical skills including knowledge of Amadeus products, system architecture, and network protocols. You should have proficiency in English, a multicultural approach, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
