Join Amazon Logistics as a Payments Programme Manager and be part of a team that's revolutionizing the way we deliver products to our customers. As a key member of our Central Operations team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing scalable solutions to drive last-mile delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our EU Work Summary and Invoicing programs. As a Payments Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for driving automation and invoicing accuracy, impacting last-mile customer experience and cost. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions to temporarily overcome technical limitations.
  • Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Developing and sharing best practices across AMZL CO teams in other regions and Delivery Stations.
About the Team:

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience as a Project/Program Manager.
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Advanced or master's degree.
  • Project-management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI, or similar.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams.
