About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at LaFinteca, a leading payment service focused on Latin America. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for conducting extensive research on current and upcoming payment methods and technologies in the market, evaluating costs and market prices of payment methods through different industries and geos, and analyzing customer and merchant's pain points and essential payment process requirements.

Your Mission
  • Conduct research on payment methods and technologies in the market
  • Evaluate costs and market prices of payment methods
  • Analyze customer and merchant's pain points and payment process requirements
  • Enhance and optimize payment processes
  • Manage communication with suppliers
  • Develop a deep understanding of payment integrations
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in product management, market research, and financial principles. You should have a solid grasp of basic financial principles, analytical and problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and exceptional negotiation skills. Proficiency in working in a fast-paced industry and organizational environment is also essential.
