Tax Planning Specialist

Job Summary
Ferrovial is seeking a highly skilled Tax Planning Specialist to join its Corporate Taxation Department. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on global corporate taxation and supporting the company's foreign subsidiaries with tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to Ferrovial entities worldwide
- Collaborate with the Tax Planning team to develop and implement tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions
- Review and challenge tax advice received from local external tax advisors
- Interact with regional and local tax colleagues to discuss and align tax impacts
- Support complex tax projects, including international group tax law, foreign tax law, and double taxation agreements
- Participate in preparing and analyzing the annual Corporate Income Tax expense provision
- Provide support in tax defense and litigation
- Collaborate on Global Reporting tasks
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Studies and/or Law, with a specialization in taxation
- At least 3 years of experience in a law firm, Big 4, or in-house tax department
- Experience working with team members across geographies and collaborating with stakeholders in commercial, financial, and legal functions
- Strong analytical, technology, and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
